Tough market but finally a good day

P&L: $820
Shares Traded: 16600

Broke out of the funk I was in guys and I did notice a couple other things today actually that ended up working out in hindsight. I started to focus again on the ticket game and divert a lot of my attention towards that during the day WHILE of course keeping a constant eye on the market. Today, actually I feel like it helped me avoid the horrible choppiness of the market which seemed to gobble up most of the traders at my office. Basically my guy today was FCX and X. Those two were really the only two stocks I traded and focused my attention towards and I've found that the XLB, an ETF that tracks materials I think, was a great indicator on the movement in FCX. I would just sit there and wait for real good setups by watching the futures, the XLB, and other commodity names to line up for me and then just pull the trigger. Worked out pretty well I am hoping to slowly ease back into the rhythm and then CRUSH and OBLITERATE everything in my sight once earnings really kick off and the juice comes back in this dead ass market. Now, yes the market is dead, BUT fucking commodities are always popping off somewhere somehow. The volatility ain't really as great as March but damn I mean check out MTL today...

...nuff said

On my long term account I really should have crushed some of these or just fucking bought something. I've been predicting this move in this industry for a while now and never pulled the fucking trigger. That actually I am very angry about BUT BUT this is all what needs to occur in order for me to finally take action on some of these things. Pull up any commodity equity you will see a disgusting rip in the past 2 weeks just disgusting and I was there in the mind but never hit the damn button. It's all good it's all good y'all stick around I'ma sack up and get in some of this shit soon.
